The Company participates in an ISP Business Meeting presenting its portfolio of services for the wholesale and broadband market FTTH (Fiber To The Home)
Chapecó, September 9, 2022 – V.tal, a digital infrastructure company and holder of the largest neutral fiber optic network in the country, is present at the ISP Business Meeting, Santa Catarina’s main business event for internet providers, which takes place on September 9 at the Hotel Mogano Premium, in Chapecó.
The company will present its portfolio of products and services available in the region and throughout the country so that providers and operators can deliver to the end customer a connectivity service of the highest quality and availability. Among the products for the wholesale segment, V.tal has IP Connect, dedicated internet access, which directly connects carriers and internet providers to their Edge Data Centers and traffic exchange points, which means having computing resources close to users, ensuring a better experience when using the internet, whether for online gaming, streaming, or in the use of other technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and IoT. In the state of Santa Catarina alone, V.tal has more than 171.7 Gbps of capacity in delivery readiness (up to 60 days) for providers. Throughout Brazil, there are 2.7 Tbps of capacity available for immediate commercialization.
For the broadband residential segment, V.tal introduces the FTTH (Fiber-To-The-Home) service, which allows providers and operators to sell high-speed internet solutions to end customers by sharing V.tal’s fiber optic infrastructure. When opting for the neutral network model, these companies do not need to invest in the construction and maintenance of cables and equipment, dedicating their efforts to launch the services and performance.
V.tal’s FTTH network in Santa Catarina is present in Florianópolis and 15 other cities, in which about 660,000 addresses already have internet available for contracting by internet providers and telecom operators. V.tal is the company that has the most fiber optic addresses available for contracting throughout the country, with more than 17 million homes passed, distributed throughout all regions. The company’s strategy is to reach 34 million homes passed by 2025 with an investment plan of R$30 billion already underway.
Provider and operator representatives attending ISP Meeting Chapecó will be able to attend the lecture “How V.tal’s digital infrastructure and neutral network solutions leverage the business of providers, operators, and OTTs” by V.tal’s Wholesale Commercial Director, Carlos Agripino, on September 9, at 11am.
