By choosing to rent V.tal’s fiber optic infrastructure, which is the largest network in Brazil with more than 16 million homes passed available for contracting in all states, AXXEL will direct investments towards solution development, marketing communication and customer service. In addition to being able to enter new markets very quickly, using a shared fiber network and already available from V.tal.
“We chose to use V.tal’s neutral network, which is the largest in the country and of very high quality and reliability, so that we can focus on serving our customer, which will be a competitive differential of AXXEL. We want to offer a unique experience, following the entire user journey throughout the provision of the service,” says Christian Alberti, AXXEL’s Director of Operations.
V.tal was the first company in the country to launch the end-to-end fiber optic neutral network model, reaching the installation of the service inside the customer’s home. Its competitive differential is the capillarity of its infrastructure, which is the largest in the country, as well as the rapid implementation of new past houses with fiber optic internet, which grows at a speed of approximately 500 thousand new households per month.
“Through the sharing of our digital infrastructure, we are able to advance the expansion of high-quality internet in all regions of Brazil, contributing to the advancement of digitalization.
