Malbec Cable: Porto Alegre’s new digital era

With 280 km of submarine cable, the project expands capacity up to 20 Tbps in the Southern Cone

Porto Alegre and the entire southern region of Brazil aimed to expand their digital infrastructure to keep up with the growing demand for fast, secure, and low-latency data transmission — essential for local and regional economic, technological, and social development.
